I built my career in Gig Harbor from the ground up, and every year I've spent here has made me a better advocate for the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I'm prompt, proactive, and I genuinely listen before I act. For a right-sizing client especially, someone navigating a move that's as emotional as it is financial, that matters more than any credential on my wall.

StaciaSellsHomes + Associates was founded in 2015 with one goal, to give every client a better experience than they expected. I've built teams, mentored brokers, and led an office. Today I operate as a focused solo broker, which means when you work with me, you get me. Not a coordinator, not an assistant, not a handoff. Every call, every showing, every negotiation. That's a deliberate choice, and it's one my right-sizing clients consistently tell me matters most.
Managing Broker
From 2022 to 2024 I served as Office Leader at John L. Scott Silverdale, overseeing a team of 40+ brokers across the Gig Harbor and Kitsap markets. That experience gave me a perspective most solo agents simply don't have, I've seen what separates the transactions that go smoothly from the ones that fall apart, and I bring that knowledge to every deal I touch. In November 2024 I stepped down to return to what I love most: working directly with clients, one move at a time.

I started my real estate career in Gig Harbor. I've watched this market through booms, corrections, interest rate swings, a global pandemic, and everything in between.
