Stacia helped us with three real estate transactions in 2015. As a former home stager, I knew how hard Realtors worked behind the scenes, but to experience it as a seller gave me a whole new level of respect. Stacia's knowledge of the area and the current market were spot on. Her negotiating skills were over the top -- we received over asking price for one listing with a bidding war, a full price offer was accepted on another, and a fair offer accepted on raw land. We would not hesitate to use Stacia again, and have already referred three -- soon to be four -- other friends to her. If you are looking for a professional, skilled, hard-working, honest, quick-to-respond, knowledgeable, strong negotiator who is most definitely in your corner, Stacia is your person.

Stacia Whatley is the perfect blend of old school and "new school" realtor. She has incredible people skills but is also on the very leading edge of marketing -- using a variety of effective techniques to bring attention and qualified offers on the properties she markets. She is a master at video. I just expect that she'll come up with novel ways to maintain her position as one of the top producing realtors in our area. Stacia was great to work with. She is very patient -- she waited 5 years for us to decide to sell and never pressured us, but kept us informed every once in a while.
