The View Never Needed an Update: 718 42nd Ave NW, Gig Harbor

Last updated in 1998. On purpose, sort of.

The kitchen in this house still thinks it's 1998. So do the bathrooms.

I'm telling you that in the first paragraph because you'll figure it out from the listing photos in about ten seconds, and I'd rather you hear it from me. 718 42nd Ave NW sits near the end of Point Fosdick in Gig Harbor. The same owner has had it since 1978, and they spent their energy living in this house instead of redecorating it.

That's not a flaw I'm trying to talk around. It's the whole point.
