I grew up in Kitsap County. These communities are not just markets I have studied, they are places I actually know. The ferry lines, the back roads, the neighborhoods people overlook and the ones that quietly hold their value. That familiarity does not come from a spreadsheet.

I started my real estate career in Gig Harbor, and that is where my business has always been rooted.
